Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in outpatient and/or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.

Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rock Hill, SC. This position is responsible for evaluating pediatric clients to identify speech, language, and communication needs, and for developing individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct speech therapy services, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills. The Speech Language Pathologist will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to early intervention programming, and ensure services align with best practices and regulatory requirements. The role also involves ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with clinical advances.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech to assess and treat pediatric clients effectively.


• Candidates should possess skills in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders to address a wide range of developmental needs.


• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Dysphagia to manage feeding and swallowing concerns safely.


• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.


• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina and ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.


• Experience working with pediatric populations in outpatient and/or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
