Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy in Reed City, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in school settings. The role involves helping students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the classroom.

Qualifications

  • Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if district‑approved.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client’s communication goals.
  • Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high‑quality therapist support.
  • Work with five Kindergarten classrooms and one Young Kindergarten classroom.
  • Work with a supportive educational team.
  • Maintain a caseload of 40–45 students.

Speech‑Language Pathologist

Location: Reed City, MI — Virtual or In‑Person

Rate: $55–65 per hour

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school‑based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.
