Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Chippewa, MI, with both virtual and in-person options. The role involves evaluating and treating students, collaborating with families and school teams, and ensuring strong clinician support and reasonable caseloads.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and Michigan licensure (or eligibility); ASHA CCCs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Michigan SLP License (or eligibility) is required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged if district-approved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.
• Support five kindergarten classrooms and one young kindergarten classroom; maintain a caseload of 40–45 students.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Chippewa, MI - Virtual or In Person

Rate: $55-65 per hour (flexible; $55-60 per hour listed for some employees)
