Speech‑Language Pathologist

Location: Reed City, MI – Virtual or In‑Person

Salary: $55–$65 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide services within an Early Childhood Special Education program at Big Rapids, Michigan. Boston Speech Therapy is a woman‑owned and SLP‑owned company dedicated to therapist advocacy and sustainable caseloads. Our team values thoughtful care, collaboration, and high‑quality services.

In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school‑based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values strong outcomes and strong therapist support.

Responsibilities

  • Caseload maintained between 40–45 students.
