Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support an Early Childhood Special Education program in Michigan. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and deliver therapy to young learners both virtually and in person.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or nearing completion.
• Was licensed or eligible for Michigan licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if district-approved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.
• Support a caseload of 40?45 students across classrooms.
