Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students within a structured district setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, develop IEP-driven plans, and collaborate closely with educators and families.

Strong communication skills, teamwork, and accurate documentation are essential, with opportunities for professional development and CEU reimbursement throughout the school year.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Active MA SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

Job description

Are you a passionate SLP who loves helping little learners find their voice and build confidence? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact with preschool-aged students!

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in the state of MA (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
  • Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
