Jump Ahead Pediatrics, LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team for a full-time school-based position near Elizabeth, NJ. CFs receive direct supervision and hands-on training to support the CF experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development.
• Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.

Setting:School-Based Pediatric Services
Placement:Exclusive school assignment (no travel required)
Pay:$60–$65 per hour
Includes compensation for the full school day—prep time, documentation, and lunch included.
CFs receive direct supervision.
