Job summary

Carlton Nursing Home in New York is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to our patients. The Speech Therapist is responsible for organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

New grads welcome. Requirements include an accredited program graduation and a NY state license; prior skilled nursing experience and strong patient service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Current NY State Speech Therapy License.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.

• Work with patients to develop and strengthen the muscles used to swallow
