Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Easterseals is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who find fulfillment in working with children to join our interdisciplinary team of Early Intervention and Pediatric therapists. Play a major role in children meeting their milestones while treating a varied caseload.

Treatment provided in this role is primarily community-based, serving children in their homes and daycare settings. There is also an opportunity for services to be provided in our pediatric clinic.

Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and a desire to support children with disabilities
• Eligible for State of Delaware licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Good standing driving record for community visits
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Experience with pediatric dysphagia is preferred but not required
