Job summary

Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Staff Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Pierz and Aitkin, MN. The role focuses on SNF/LTC settings with opportunities in ALF and Home Health, and may include a leadership track.

Graduation from an accredited SLP program and eligibility for MN licensure are required. CF Mentorship is available to support professional growth and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Communication Sciences & Disorders / Speech Language Pathology program.
• Must be eligible for Minnesota SLP licensure.
• CF Mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services in SNF/LTC settings, with some ALF and Home Health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Possibility of taking on a leadership role if interested.

• Job Title: Staff Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: Pierz Villa,Vitality Living of Aitkin
• Position type: Part-time, benefited, 0.60 - 0.80 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24 - 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will primarily be working in a SNF/LTC setting, with some ALF and Home Health to provide a well-rounded caseload. This position could also have the opportunity for a leadership role, if desired.
