Job summary

Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, LLC. is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower children to communicate and participate with confidence.

In this role you will evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs, and develop individualized plans of care. You will collaborate with families, stay current with evidence-based practices, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification or CF-SLP and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.

  • Develop individualized Plans of Care with tailored goals.
  • Collaborate with families for skill carryover and resources.
  • Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain documentation, adhering to requirements.
Who You Are as a Speech Language Pathologist

You’re a compassionate and skilled SLP with:

  • A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification (or a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting.
  • Experience (or passion to gain experience!) with various conditions such as articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
