Citadel Post Acute seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role in Mesa, AZ. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include treatment delivery, outcomes evaluation, and discharge summation, with collaboration among families, caregivers, and clinicians. Licensure is required; all experience levels welcome.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Salary: $40-$50/hr

Schedule: Full-time

Duties:
