Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Therapeutic Day School

Student Population: Ages 3–22
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians.
Start Date: August 31, 2026
End Date: June 16, 2027
Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 35 hours per week

Provide speech and language services to students ages 3–22.
Support students with a variety of diagnoses, including:
Deliver therapy focused on:
Caseloads are typically organized by classroom.
SLPs generally support 3–4 classrooms. Each classroom contains approximately 4–8 students.
Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
Massachusetts Speech‑Language Pathology licensure requirements (Mass.gov).
DESE certification/licensure.
$64,000 – $80,000 annual salary (based on experience).
