Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Castle Rock, CO is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The role serves a caseload of about 35 students in one building and offers strong professional support within a collaborative district environment.

Benefits include a competitive salary range of $60,000–$80,000 with a $2,000 relocation bonus, 1:1 caseload support, bi-weekly team meetings, ASHA dues and Colorado licensure reimbursement, and access to a materials stipend and CE

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to an estimated caseload of ~35 students in one building.
• Collaborate with teachers and other related service providers to support student goals.
• Participate in bi-weekly SLP team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Utilize resources and materials provided; manage documentation and progress monitoring.
