Job summary

Stern At Home Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role at our Le Roy, NY facility. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans, and document care in an EHR. Flexible, as-needed shifts with compensation based on CPT coding.

New York licensure is required; CCC-SLP preferred. Prior experience in SNF/rehabilitation or acute care is desirable. This PRN position does not include benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed shifts with minimal lead time.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EHR.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Le Roy, NY | PRN | 1099

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis at our facility in Le Roy, NY. The ideal candidate is flexible, clinically skilled, and able to step in and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as scheduling needs arise. This role offers a competitive per-CPT-code compensation structure with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
