Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PART TIME - MAPLETON CARE - LAKEWOOD, CO

Salary: $40.00-$50.00 Hourly Range based on experience

Schedule: Full Time-Flexible Schedule

Requirements: Must hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or be qualified for Clinical Fellowship Year.

Duties:
  1. Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans following standards.
  2. Deliver rehabilitative treatment ensuring compliance with regulations.
  3. Evaluate outcomes, modify services, and make referrals as needed.
  4. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
  5. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Speech-Language Pathology license required.
  • Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
