Proficio Therapy Services in Lafayette, CA seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support evaluation, treatment, and coordination of therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

You will implement treatment plans, conduct screenings, document progress, and provide direct therapy to pediatric clients in school-based or clinical settings. Strong teamwork and regulatory compliance are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant/Communicative Disorders or related field.
• 1 year verifiable SLPA experience within last 3 years (residency or practicum acceptable).
• Californialicense as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Work under supervision of a licensed SLP to provide therapeutic interventions.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans for clients with speech disorders.
• Conduct speech screenings as directed by supervising SLP.
• Document client progress toward goals and report to supervising SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services as directed by supervising SLP.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Adhere to state regulations and ASHA guidelines.
