We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Lacey, WA. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details
  • Part-time school-based opportunity with a 20-hour weekly schedule
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • 2026-2027 academic year (August 2026 through May/June 2027)
  • On-site, in-person assignment serving students across PreK through 12th grade
  • Provide direct therapy services, complete evaluations, collaborate with educational teams, and support assigned case management responsibilities
  • Participate in student planning, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support positive student outcomes
  • Guaranteed paid hours include direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
  • Manageable caseloads designed to support effective service delivery and clinician success
  • Supportive school environment with ongoing collaboration from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
  • $55-$65+ per hour, with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $1100-$1300+
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • CF-SLP placement may be available
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
