Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide K-12 services in a school setting in Katy, TX. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals while collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold a current SLP license in the state, complete background check and TB clearance, and demonstrate strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
