Columbia River Home Health is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in‑home evaluations and therapy across the Tri‑Cities area. The role offers hybrid scheduling, with documentation done remotely and patient home visits performed on‑site, supporting flexible hours and caseload autonomy.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
• WA SLP license required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

We are primarily hiring forTri‑Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland)with 10–20 hours/week, but full‑time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla. Very flexible and negotiable.

Compensation & Flexibility

• $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience
• Relocation reimbursement available for non‑local candidates

• Choose part‑time or expand to full‑time with Walla Walla coverage
