Job summary

Columbia River Home Health is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in‑home evaluations and therapy across the Tri‑Cities area. The role offers hybrid scheduling, with documentation done remotely and patient home visits performed on‑site, supporting flexible hours and caseload autonomy.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
• WA SLP license required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive‑communication needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families.
• Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
• Maintain clinical competency and best practices.
