Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program.
• State license as Speech-Language Pathologist with applicable licensure.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Experience in a school setting and with children.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy with students across elementary to high school.

Job Details

• Full-time school schedule 5 days/week
• September 2026- May/June 2027
• Grades Elementary to High School
• Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
• Dual support from the District and TheraPeds
• $66.50 - $81.75+/hour based on experience and employment arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Ken Caryl, CO.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
• National License: ASHA
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• CF-SLP placement may be available
• Experience working with children
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in use of technology
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
