Job summary

Interim HealthCare of NE Florida is seeking a dedicated Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas. You will assess and treat patients with communication, swallowing or cognitive challenges, and collaborate with a care team to meet established goals.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Florida SLP license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

• : Assist with mouth, breathing and swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation and reading
• : Educate patient and family on plan of care, goals, and safety practices
