Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.
• Tailored Treatment Plans: Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client‑specific needs.
• Direct Therapy Delivery: Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
• Collaborative Approach: Engage with our multi‑disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Educational Involvement: Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions.
• Training Role: Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client‑specific guidance.

Requirements
