TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and case management for Kindergarten through 12th grade, with guaranteed hours and collaboration with district staff.

The role requires a Master's/PhD in SLP,/state DOE licensure, ASHA certification, and school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
• National License: ASHA
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• CF-SLP placement available
• Experience working with children
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in use of technology
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Job Details

• Full-time opportunity with a 37.5-hour work week
• 2026-2027 school year (August through May/June)
• Serve students in Kindergarten through 12th grade
• CF-SLP placement available
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and case management services
• Guaranteed paid hours, including direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
• On-site, in-person school-based position
• Manageable caseloads designed to support effective service delivery
• Ongoing collaboration and support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
• Competitive compensation of $60-$80+ per hour
• Estimated weekly earnings of $2,250-$3,000+, based on 37.5 hours per week

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
