Job summary

Charm City Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for our school-based team in Maryland. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, collaborating with teachers and families to support classroom communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom communication needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor other clinicians when applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff on communication disorders.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding communication disorders.

Qualifications
