Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based role in Forest City, NC for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students, conduct assessments, and help write evaluation reports and IEP goals.

CFs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship. The position offers competitive pay up to $55/hour, a W-2 arrangement with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure by NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, or eligibility for licensure.
• CFs encouraged to apply and receive mentorship.
