Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support children from birth to 18 years with communication goals.

The role emphasizes fun, collaborative therapy within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals. You’ll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and partner with families to generalize skills at home and school.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
