Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech/language services per accepted standards under supervision of a qualified SLP or Audiologist
• Conduct assessments, including OASIS, to determine communication abilities
• Develop and revise care plans with physicians and care team
• Document evaluations and treatments
• Coordinate with other disciplines
• Evaluate care effectiveness and outcomes
• Plan for patient discharge
• Participate in training and team discussions

Qualifications

• Unencumbered state license as a Speech/Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or in progress
• Valid PA driver’s license and insurance
• Current CPR (Basic Life Support)
