Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
- Conducting evaluations of residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Developing individualized treatment plans for residents
- Providing interventions to help residents with speech, language, and swallowing challenges
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
- Educating residents, families, and staff on communication techniques, swallowing strategies, and safety precautions

- Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
