Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (PRN) in Denver to join a compassionate rehabilitation team. The role focuses on evaluations and individualized therapy for residents, with opportunities to contribute to evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

The position offers a Monday-Friday style schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, and a comprehensive benefits package for qualified roles. Active CPD and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited graduate program.
• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated care team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans.

• Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients
• Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach

Position requirements:
