Job summary

Blumenthal Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our LifeWorks Rehab Program. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders within a multidisciplinary team.

You will contribute to personalized care plans, maintain thorough documentation, and help optimize rehabilitation outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with any applicable state credentials.
• Experience evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and develop programs for patients as needed.
• Assess communication and swallowing disorders and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure patient progress.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain efficient clinical operations.
• Complete documentation and billing accurately and timely.

Our flagship LifeWorks Rehab Program combines advanced therapeutic techniques with personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts dedicated to optimizing every aspect of rehabilitation. Speech Language Pathologist is a key role in our rehabilitation team, responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screens, evaluates, and develops programs for implementation for all patients as needed.
• Evaluates patients with communication and swallowing disorders and develops effective treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.
• Collaborates/communicates effectively with other center team members to ensure optimal patient care and progress.
• Prioritizes responsibilities to ensure efficient clinical operations.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to attain productivity benchmark.
• Completes documentation/billing timely, and accurately. Ensures MD orders are obtained according to company policy and procedure.
