What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA colleagues, gaining new perspectives on every child you serve. Expect 30-minute one-on-one sessions that build strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week to keep the work varied, and built‑in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

• Compensation: Salary from $83,000 to $122,000 based on experience. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional 2%.
• Performance incentives: Up to $9,000 annually
• Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience

What You Need
