Job summary

A pediatric therapy provider in Pueblo, Colorado, is seeking a passionate speech-language therapist. What We Offer
  • Salary: $80,000–$105,000/year, or Pay-per-Billed-Visit: $35–$36/billed visit (30-minute sessions), $120 per evaluation, $35–$36/meeting hour

What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination
What You\'ll Need
  • Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
  • Pediatric experience preferred — CFY candidates and new grads welcome!
  • Experience in multidisciplinary settings preferred

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
