Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in Denver, CO. Start: August 1, 2026, through June 5, 2027, with full-time or part-time openings and a pay rate of $50–$60 hourly depending on experience.

Guaranteed hours, weekly direct deposit, and competitive benefits are provided. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with educators and families, providing direct therapy, and contributing to IEP meetings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CO state license in Speech-Language Pathology and CO CDE License.
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
