Ampersand Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based role in Aurora, CO. You’ll support middle school students with speech and language services in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. Positions welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs).

This is a W-2 employment with liability insurance and benefits. Join a women- and therapist-operated company focused on mentorship, equity, and support as part of a collaborative school-based team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
