Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver therapeutic techniques for residents in their homes. You will plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being and work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with salary plus vehicle allowance and on‑call pay, plus comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; home health preferred.

• Provide coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain well‑being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
