Job summary

Key Rehab in Chadron, NE is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our SNF team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their communication goals.

Responsibilities

Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
  • Certification: CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

  • Strong Organizational and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.

  • Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
