Job summary

Ampersand Therapy, a women- and therapist-operated company, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Brooklyn Center, MN area. In-person 0.8 FTE (4 days a week) in a school-based setting, serving early childhood ages 3-5.

You will develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings. Must hold Minnesota PELSB SLP license and CCC with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license.
• CCC certification required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech therapy services.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes and compliance records.
