Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Maple Grove, MN. This full-time, in-person role involves working with a middle school caseload and collaborating with teachers and families to implement IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
