Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a short-term coverage in the Brooklyn Center, MN area. You will work with a teacher and therapist-run team to deliver essential services during the 2026-2027 school year.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Minnesota SLP license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4). This is a 22-day substitute position with competitive pay and benefits offered for 0.8 FTE and above.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota SLP license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) required.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and school-based therapists to support students.
