Location: Boulder, CO (serving Boulder & Weld counties).

Status: Full-Time (19+ visits/week) | Part-Time (10+ visits/week) | PRN.

Children (ages 0–20) thrive in their natural environments, and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.

We offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale:

• Starting Rate (< 1 year experience): $68.97 per visit
• Senior Rate (15+ years experience): $83.60 per visit
  • 1.25 x hourly rate for initial evaluations
• Sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Deliver skilled SLP services to patients aged 0–20 in their homes.
• Early Intervention: Shape the futures of infants and toddlers (0–3) through the Early Intervention Colorado Program and IFSP development.
• Family Empowerment: Educate and coach caregivers on techniques to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.
• Modern Documentation: Utilize InSync EMR for efficient, mobile-friendly charting and scheduling.
• Collaboration: Build trusting, long-term relationships with families of varying abilities and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates.
• Experience: Pediatric experience preferred; a passion for working with children of all abilities is required.Reliability: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder.
