Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

You will work as part of a growing team, communicating with patients, families, and other treatment team members to gather and exchange patient condition information.

Qualifications

• Provide patient care in a SNF setting with appropriate clinical skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication with patients, families and team.
• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments, swallowing evaluations, treatment planning and progress monitoring.
