Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role serving Lafayette and Louisville, CO. You will support K-12 students with speech and language services in a collaborative, therapist-owned company that values clinicians.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule, in-person school hours, and reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses along with W-2 employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
