Job summary

Therapy Care, Ltd. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CFY) to join a supportive, mission-driven team in Illinois. You will participate in a comprehensive CF mentorship program, collaborate with seasoned clinicians, and engage in rounds and professional development meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License - or eligible to obtain.
• Illinois Professional Educator's License (PEL) - or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Speech Language Pathologist will develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and student needs.
• Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct intervention services to students with various communication disorders and delays.
• Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
• Speech Language Pathologist will educate and empower students, families, and caregivers on techniques for improving communication and language skills.
• Speech Language Pathologist will maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Compensation:

Up to $60/hour* depending on experience, setting and client placement.
