Job summary

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based therapy to pediatric through adult patients in the Amarillo area. This PRN/As-Needed role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support patients in their homes.

You'll evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing needs, develop individualized goals, deliver therapy, monitor progress, and document accordingly. A Texas SLP license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license.
• Minimum 1 year SLP experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Own device and reliable internet to access schedule and charting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy to patients from pediatric through adult populations in their homes.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals

• Provide therapy based on each patient’s needs

• Monitor progress and modify treatment as appropriate

• Communicate with families, physicians, and other care team members

• Complete required documentation

Schedule & Pay

• PRN / As Needed

• $65 per completed patient visit

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

• Amarillo and surrounding Texas Panhandle communities

• Weekly Pay

Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license

• At least 1 year of SLP experience

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
