Job summary

This full-time role involves evaluating patients' speech and language abilities, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and current licensure in Utah, along with a BLS certification within 60 days of hire. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment progress and strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
