Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking a Speech Lab Assistant to support the Speech Lab operations. You will assist students with prescribed speech lessons, tutor on speech-related activities, help research topics, create PowerPoint presentations, and record speeches while maintaining logs.

The role requires 60 college credit hours, familiarity with PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Canvas, and classroom tech such as Smart boards and cameras.

Qualifications

• 60 hours college credit.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Office, Canvas and classroom tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in the Speech Lab to complete assigned lessons and tutor on speech topics.
• Handle data entry, answer phones, and maintain a daily log; support lab operations.
