Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do. We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team at our program in Scranton, PA.

This position is FFS - approximately 13-14 hours per week - $51.41 per hour.

Position Details

• As a member of our team, the Speech and Language Pathologist will provide speech therapy in a school setting for children in grades K-12 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other behavioral/emotional needs.
• You will collaborate with IEP team members, clinicians, families, and program staff to develop and implement individual and group therapy based on multidisciplinary evaluations and the child's IEP.
• Complete and maintain necessary records and documentation as required by State Licensing Board and Regulatory Requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of current Plans of Care and modify them as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology with certification of clinical competence through ASHA (CCC-SLP).
• Valid Pennsylvania Speech and Language Pathologist License.
• Experience with Autism preferred.
