Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools seeks an Athletics/Activities/Club-Speech advisor for Minnetonka High School to guide student participants, organize coaching activities, and ensure a positive learning environment.

You will plan seasonal activities from 10/1/26 to 4/1/27, enforce district policies, coordinate with the Student Activities Office, and oversee facilities and equipment for the enrichment program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minnesota State High School League rules and district policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various offices.

Responsibilities

• Advise student participants in skills for successful performance.
• Manage student behavior during activity events.
• Coordinate advising/coaching an enrichment team and schedule season activities.
• Create a positive learning environment for students.
• Plan and schedule seasonal activities per District policy.
• Prepare and manage facilities/equipment for events; coordinate with Student Activities Office.
